Technical Head

As a Tech Head, your role will involve managing and maintaining hardware and software operating systems, handling networking setup and troubleshooting, and performing installations of hardware, cabling, and AV equipment. You will also work with software such as Commander and have mandatory knowledge of Pixera/Watchout software and AR/VR technologies. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up and managing projection systems, sound system integrations, and applying acoustic panels for optimized audio setups. Your work will also involve sensor-based technologies like RFID, interactive walls, face/human recognition, and touch panels, as well as installing and maintaining digital experience hardware including LED walls, projectors, LED TVs, and OLED TVs. Managing cables for server integration, mounting and paneling of various equipment, and knowledge of CAD files will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain hardware and software operating systems. - Handle networking setup, troubleshooting, and integration. - Perform installations of hardware, cabling, and AV equipment. - Work with Pixera/Watchout software and AR/VR technologies. - Setup and manage projection systems. - Handle sound system integrations and acoustic solutions. - Work with sensor-based technologies and interactive solutions. - Install and maintain digital experience hardware. - Manage cables for server integration. - Mount and panel LED TVs, circular screens, and server rooms. Required Skills & Knowledge: - Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting. - Networking knowledge and experience. - Familiarity with AV equipment and installation practices. - Proficiency in Pixera/Watchout. - Knowledge of sound systems, projection, and acoustic solutions. - Hands-on experience with sensors, interactive technologies, and touch solutions. - Experience with server room setups and structured cabling. Preferred Background: - Prior experience in handling digital exhibitions & AV installations. - Exposure to immersive technologies (AR/VR).
