Responsibilities: Project Management & Execution: Lead and manage all civil works on solar power project sites from initiation to completion, Coordinate with the project manager to define project scope, schedule, and budget for civil works, Develop and implement site-specific work plans, including timelines, manpower, equipment, and materials, Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources to the site, Supervise and manage subcontractors, construction teams, and vendors to execute civil activities as per the project plan, Site Development & Execution: Oversee all site preparation activities, including grading, excavation, foundation work, and the construction of civil structures such as mounting systems, cable trenches, and inverters, Manage the execution of civil works, additional certifications in project management (e-g , PMP) is a plus, Experience: 8-12 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in the solar industry, including large-scale solar projects, Proven track record of managing civil execution on solar power plants (both ground-mounted and rooftop), Hands-on experience with civil works like site preparation, foundation construction, trenching, and installation of mounting systems for solar panels, Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction techniques, especially for solar power plant projects, Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and MS Office suite, Expertise in managing the construction of solar mounting structures, cable trenches, inverters, and
