Your responsibilities will include defining and driving the technical roadmap for construction chemicals and application systems, developing and standardizing application methodologies for various processes like waterproofing, epoxy, grouting, and retrofitting. You will also provide subject-matter expertise to sales, marketing, and R&D teams for product positioning and client proposals. Identifying new project opportunities that require construction chemical applications, conducting feasibility analysis based on site conditions, structural requirements, and client needs, and collaborating with business development teams to pursue high-value opportunities will be key aspects of your role. You will oversee all stages of project execution from site evaluation to final delivery, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety protocols, and industry standards. Implementing strict QA/QC protocols in line with IS, ASTM, and international best practices, monitoring on-site performance, and ensuring compliance with building codes and environmental regulations will also be part of your responsibilities. As the primary technical liaison with clients, consultants, applicators, and subcontractors, you will lead technical presentations, training sessions, and build long-term technical credibility and relationships with stakeholders. To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in construction chemicals application, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of product systems such as Fosroc, BASF, Dr. Fixit, Sika, MC-Bauchemie, etc. Proficiency in project management tools and software, excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills, as well as a willingness to travel to project sites as needed are also required. If you have a Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, professional certifications, and prior experience as a Technical Manager/Head in a similar construction chemicals firm, it would be considered a plus.
