We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health & Safety Supervisor to support our site operations in Uttarpara, West Bengal. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or professional with up to 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and promoting a culture of safety at the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and enforce compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at the site. - Conduct daily safety inspections and hazard identification checks.
- Support site teams in implementing safety protocols and emergency procedures.- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation as per statutory norms.

- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to ensure adherence to safety measures.- Report incidents, near-misses, and unsafe practices, and follow up on corrective actions. - Assist in the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans.Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health & Safety or Industrial Safety (mandatory).- 0-2 years of relevant experience in construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.

- Knowledge of local, state, and national safety laws and regulations. - Strong communication and observation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and safety documentation/reporting.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

- Candidate must be local to Uttarpara or nearby areas in West Bengal.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to construction/infrastructure project environments.
