Technical Head

As a Technical Head at our company dealing in Construction Chemicals products and services, based in Bangalore, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the technical operations related to flooring projects. Your role will involve ensuring timely execution of projects and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction throughout the process. You will be expected to manage all technical aspects of Polyurethane and Epoxy floor coating projects. This includes coordinating and arranging manpower and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors will be crucial to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of projects. Monitoring project progress, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards are also key responsibilities. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve any on-site technical issues promptly will play a significant role in maintaining client satisfaction. It will be important to stay updated with the latest developments in floor coating materials and techniques to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations. In addition, you will manage project budgets, materials, and resource allocation efficiently. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting project reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering with 10-12 years of proven experience in Polyurethane and Epoxy floor coatings on concrete surfaces. A strong contractor network and experience in managing contractor relationships will be advantageous. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high standards of quality will be crucial. Excellent knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and best practices is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Your proficiency in troubleshooting technical problems and implementing effective solutions, coupled with strong organizational and time-management skills, will be key to your success in this role. Possession of relevant technical certifications in coating applications or a related field will be considered an added advantage.
