Technical Head

As a Technical Head at a company dealing in Construction Chemicals products and services, your primary role will involve overseeing technical operations related to flooring projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and managing all technical aspects of Polyurethane and Epoxy floor coating projects. - Coordinating and arranging manpower and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion. - Monitoring project progress, quality control, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. - Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations. - Troubleshooting and resolving any on-site technical issues promptly. - Staying updated with the latest developments in floor coating materials and techniques. - Managing project budgets, materials, and resource allocation efficiently. - Preparing and presenting project reports to management. To excel in this role, you should ideally have: - A Diploma / B.E. (Civil) with 10-12 years of proven experience in Polyurethane and Epoxy floor coatings on concrete surfaces. - A strong contractor network/database and experience managing contractor relationships. - The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high standards of quality. - Excellent knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and best practices. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - The ability to troubleshoot technical problems and implement effective solutions. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Relevant technical certifications in coating applications or a related field would be an added advantage.
