Operations Manager

Role Overview: As an Operations Manager at a fast-growing AI & Digital Solutions company in Mohali, Phase 8B, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing daily business operations. Your strong execution skills, accountability, and effective team leadership will be essential in driving results across all departments even in the absence of the founders" day-to-day involvement. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the day-to-day operations of AI development, digital marketing, and support teams. - Implement, manage, and enhance internal systems, processes, and workflows for operational efficiency. - Coordinate project execution among tech, marketing, sales, and creative teams. - Track KPIs, project deadlines, team performance, and generate reports. - Manage recruitment, training, and task delegation across teams. - Ensure effective and timely implementation of the founder's vision as the single point of accountability. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in operations, project management, or business leadership. - Solid understanding of different departments" functions within a tech company. - Excellent team management, organizational, and communication skills. - Previous experience in startups, tech, or digital marketing companies is advantageous. - Proficiency in tools like Trello, Google Workspace, Slack, or Asana. - Full-time in-office work required at Mohali location. - Salary ranging from 35,000 to 60,000 INR per month based on skills and experience.
