Business Finance Manager

Roles and Responsibility

• Financial Leadership

  : Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Corporate Finance teams to drive profitable growth across the region.

• Deal Pricing & Governance

  : Oversee pricing for complex deals (T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services), ensuring optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.

• P&L Management

  : Own the end-to-end P&L for assigned business units; review financial performance monthly with Business/Function Heads.

• Budgeting & Forecasting

  : Lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics.

• Profitability & Performance Analysis

  : Deliver monthly profitability dashboards and variance analyses; recommend actions to improve margins and cash flow.

• Strategic Business Partnering

  : Provide actionable financial insights to business leaders; support strategic planning, GTM initiatives, and investment decisions.

• Repository & Reporting

  : Establish repositories for deal pricing/cost sheets; track win–loss ratios and maintain financial models for decision support.

• Expense Management

  : Monitor OPEX, enforce budget controls, and ensure adherence to financial discipline across units.

• Industry & Competitive Analysis

  : Track market/competitor movements in EMEA and highlight financial levers to strengthen positioning.

• Corporate Initiatives

  : Drive/support organization-wide initiatives related to finance transformation, automation, and reporting efficiency.

• Team Leadership

  : Mentor and guide finance analysts; build capability in financial modeling, pricing, and stakeholder management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in

  financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling

• Qualified CA is mandatory

• 8–12 years of progressive experience

  in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations, with proven exposure to

  Global markets

  .
• Experience managing

  multi-geo P&L ownership

  and leading finance teams.
