Job Description

We are urgently hiring for Finance MIS Manager for our corporate client in Hyderabad.

Location

Salary

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage MIS reports, financial dashboards, and performance metrics on a regular basis.
Analyze company financials including revenue, cost, receivables, projections, and budgets.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key business KPIs.
Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) performance, follow up on outstanding payments, and coordinate with internal teams.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams to provide actionable insights.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all MIS and financial reports.
Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance / Commerce / Accounting / MBA (Finance).
4–8 years of relevant experience in MIS, financial reporting, or business analytics.
Strong command of Power BI, Advanced Excel, and financial data analysis.
Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable and general accounting principles.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large data sets and multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle).
Exposure to automation tools or data visualization software beyond Power BI.
Prior experience in reporting for senior management or CXO-level stakeholders.
