Business Finance Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Finance Manager to drive financial planning, business decision support, accounting processes, and product-level profitability for our organization. The ideal candidate will also contribute to ERP implementation and continuous system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

:Business Finance and FP&A

• :Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across business units
• .Analyze financial and operational performance, provide variance analysis against budgets, and deliver actionable insights
• .Monitor working capital requirements and cash flow forecasting

.Accounting and Financial Operations

• :Oversee timely and accurate closure of books, general ledger reviews, and monthly financial statements in accordance with Ind AS / IFRS
• .Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and internal reporting requirements
• .Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
• .Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance processes

.Product Costing and Pricing

• :Develop and maintain detailed product costing models
• .Analyze Bill of Materials (BoM), production processes, and overhead allocations for accurate cost determination
• .Support pricing strategy decisions with robust cost analysis and margin impact assessments
• .Conduct profitability analysis at product, customer, and segment levels

.ERP Implementation and Systems Improvement

• :Act as a key finance lead for ERP system implementation and upgrades (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)
• .Define and map finance-related processes for ERP systems ensuring automation and data integrity

.Key Skills and Requirement

• s:Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experienc
• e.Strong exposure to FP&A, accounting, business finance, and product costing/pricing in manufacturing, EV, FMCG, or related industrie
• s.Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) either implementation or active usag
• e.Advanced skills in Excel, financial modeling, PowerPoin
• t.Sound understanding of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS) and financial control
• s.Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholder
