Business Finance Manager

As a Manager - Business Finance at our client, a leading provider of end-to-end, cloud-based managed services for the aviation industry, your role will involve partnering with business teams to drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and business objectives. You will be responsible for conducting periodic planning, forecasting, and variance analysis. Additionally, you will analyze new business pursuits, develop cost models, and ensure compliance with margin guidelines. Your duties will also include preparing financial presentations for senior management, board, and audit committee, as well as supporting leadership in business and commercial matters, including market research and competition analysis. Qualifications Required: - CA with 5-6 years of experience or MBA from a premier institute with 10+ years of relevant experience. - Expertise in India GAAP, financial planning, and cost-benefit analysis. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel and presentation tools like PowerPoint. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
