We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Finance Manager to strengthen our finance function and support business growth through robust financial planning and insights. Position Overview The Business Finance Manager will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, overseeing business performance analytics, managing budgeting processes, and ensuring financial governance across business verticals. The ideal candidate must bring strong FMCG financial acumen backed by extensive SAP/SAP B1 expertise. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Planning & Strategy Lead annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning. Conduct detailed variance analysis, scenario planning, and business trend evaluation. Present actionable financial insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making. 2. Business Performance Management Monitor P&L performance, cash flow, working capital, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support sales, marketing, and supply chain teams with data-driven business partnering. Evaluate pricing strategies, trade spends, discount structures, and promotional ROI. 3. Costing & Margin Optimization Oversee product costing, cost centre budgeting, and margin analysis for FMCG portfolio. Identify cost efficiencies across sourcing, production, logistics, and distribution. Conduct profitability analysis by SKU, channel, geography, and customer segments. 4. Financial Controls, Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance standards. Oversee month-end closures, reconciliations, and MIS reporting as per timelines. Liaise with internal auditors, external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. 5. SAP Finance Operations Manage end-to-end finance processes within SAP & SAP Business One (SAP B1) mandatory skillset. Lead system enhancements, automation initiatives, and data integrity improvements. Ensure seamless integration of financial workflows across departments. 6. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with stakeholders across operations, commercial, supply chain, and management teams. Provide financial guidance for new product development, capex proposals, and business projects. Support leadership in strategic planning, risk assessment, and growth initiatives. Required Skills & Competencies Strong command over SAP & SAP Business One with hands-on working experience. Deep understanding of FMCG commercial finance pricing, trade marketing, distributor management, and logistics costing. Advanced financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder influencing abilities. High proficiency in MS Excel, financial dashboards, and reporting tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment with high volumes and tight timelines.
