Business Finance Manager

You will be working as AGM/GM - Business Finance at a company that operates the largest private independent nationwide shared ATM network in India and one of the largest global money transfer networks in the world. Your role will involve: - Studying and recommending existing commercial engagements with customers and suggesting new commercial structures for contract renewal/ extensions. - Collaborating with top management to create presentation documents for board members and customers. - Identifying potential optimization opportunities within the existing ATM portfolio. - Maintaining confidentiality regarding deals, transactions, and commercial proposals. - Analyzing profitability trends and proposing corrective actions. - Staying updated on market trends in the technical and commercial aspects of the industry. Qualification Required: - MBA or Masters Degree preferred. You should have a proven track record in structuring commercial proposals and business propositions, with an understanding of the ATM industry, merchant acquiring, and technology space. Strategic thinking, teamwork, interpersonal skills, financial modelling skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams are essential. You should be capable of managing timelines, working within a complex environment, and influencing top management and stakeholders with data and analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including large-group presentations, are crucial. Ownership of responsibilities and a drive to ensure timely closure of deliverables are key aspects of this role.,
