Business Finance Manager

As a skilled Manager - Business Finance, you will be joining our client, a leading provider of end-to-end, cloud-based managed services for the aviation industry. Your role will involve partnering with business teams to drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for conducting periodic planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, along with analyzing new business pursuits, developing cost models, and ensuring compliance with margin guidelines. Additionally, you will prepare financial presentations for senior management, the board, and the audit committee, while supporting leadership in business and commercial matters such as market research and competition analysis. Qualifications Required: - CA with 5-6 years of experience or MBA from a premier institute with 10+ years of relevant experience. - Expertise in India GAAP, financial planning, and cost-benefit analysis. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel and presentation tools like PowerPoint. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,
