What youll do:
Responsible for business partnering between business verticals and all facets of finance including taxation, accounting, pricing

Creation of annual operating plan, monthly budgets and long term business plans

Lead the financial close process through the analysis of variances against budget, forecasts, prior year actuals, key business drivers and initiatives
Review and provide thoughtful business driven commentary to respective management teams

Creation of business and financial processes and control framework

Liasioning with Internal Auditors on timely closure of Audits and implementation of processes accordingly

Investigate and create opportunities for automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery anticipating needs of internal customers, members and other stakeholders

Preparing investor reports and liasioning with investors to provide business results

Lead special projects as they arise

What we need:
Candidates excited to build strong automated processes and drive the related outcomes are preferred for the role

CA with 3-5 years of work experience in the Service Industry

Candidates with Big4 experience will be preferred

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality

Strong business acumen to understand the business requirements

Basic SQL knowledge will be a added advantage
