Role: Manager - Talent Management Location: Bangalore The ideal candidate is someone who has A track record of having run world-class Talent Management and DEI programs. A demonstrated ability to design and drive the Talent Management charter for the org – balances thought leadership with a strong bias for action Strong oral and written communication skills to influence leadership and take people along High levels of subject matter expertise * experience and ease to deal with senior leadership team High learning agility that allows to learn the company’s culture and embrace it Ability to understand stakeholder needs and engage them periodically to work towards a common goal A record of developing and implementing innovative initiatives which are results-oriented and cost effective. Strong program management skills with a bias for action Willingness to roll up your sleeves and demonstrate initiative, results-orientation, with a constant focus on service delivery is critical. Having managed teams is good-to-have. Has 5- 8 years of post-MBA experience in core HR having led Talent Management and DEI programs in mid-sized organizations. Is an excellent program manager and can handle multiple programs with varying priorities Is willing to solve problems (many!) on the go - Thinking through a problem to arrive at short, medium and long-term solutioning Possesses excellent planning, prioritization and execution of each program Displays excellent communication (written and spoken) and superior MS Office suite skills Has the ability to stitch connects between programs as well as has eye for detail on each Displays a good blend of collaboration / teamwork with the ability to pushback – Confident and assertive with a loads of empathy! Is in touch with the industry and ability to design new programs / processes and/or propose changes to existing ones Key Responsibilities: Lead the DEI agenda for the organization working along with key leaders and/or track sponsors. Manage and develop a cohort of key leaders with the potential to take on larger roles and lead the company in the future Support the development and mobility of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels Lead 2-3 marquee Talent Management programs (talent review, succession planning, individual development planning) working closely with the BHR teams Actively engage with the senior leaders and BHR Directors to understand and analyze Talent pipeline needs of the organization Partner with leaders and BHR to own specific elements of driving the change process including key cultural attributes, manage and leadership expectations Show more Show less
