Qualification and Experience required:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance, CA, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CIMA) are preferred.
  • 5+ years post-qualification experience.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, business controlling, or related roles.
  • Proven experience with MIS, and P&L management.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Proactively questions current practices, and ability to identify the root cause and corrective actions and drive improvements.
  • Strong Financial acumen and good problem-solving and analytical skills are a must. Along with proactive business support & and partnering skills.
  • Working experience in e-com business.
  • Experience in building and using financial models for forecasting and analysis.
