As we prepare for our next growth phase, we are looking to onboard a sharp and business-focused Business Finance Analyst with hands-on experience in startup or high-growth environments. Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Finance Analyst who has worked in startup ecosystems and is comfortable reporting directly to leadership. The candidate will play a key role in supporting financial decisions, driving cost efficiencies, and enabling strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: ● Business Finance Partnering: Collaborate with business heads to drive financial accountability, performance reviews, and cost control initiatives.

● Budgeting & Forecasting: Build and manage budgeting models, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

● Director-Level Reporting: Prepare insightful presentations and financial packs for Director/CXO-level reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making.

● Startup Finance Support: Apply lean finance practices, working capital management, and funding sensitivity analysis relevant to startup and early-growth stages.

● Profitability & Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed product-line or project-level profitability and cost analysis to guide resource allocation.

● Financial Modelling: Create models to evaluate business cases, revenue scenarios, new initiatives, and potential investments.

● MIS & Dashboards: Design and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly MIS, and dashboards with KPIs aligned to business goals. Qualification & Skills Required:

● Education: ○ Full-time Semi-Qualified CA, CA, or CFA Graduate ○ B.Com/M.Com or related finance degree

● Experience: ○ 2+ years of experience in business finance or FP&A

○ Prior experience working in a startup or VC-funded company is mandatory

○ Experience working directly with founders, directors, or CXOs preferred

● Technical Skills: ○ Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling

○ Familiarity with ERP, BI tools, or financial systems is a plus

● Soft Skills: ○ Strong communication and analytical abilities ○ Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity ○ High ownership, agility, and results-driven approach
