Job Description

We are looking for Business Excellence Lead (Business Development Department) to join our expanding team in our office in Delhi.

What We Expect

Control and audit:

  • Regular (daily/weekly) check of managers and supervisors work for compliance with standards using pre-agreed checklists and KPI
  • Selective audit of correspondence with suppliers, inspection reports, databases
  • Check the accuracy and completeness of information entered into the CRM or supplier database
  • Monitoring of key indicators (e.g., the percentage of suppliers rejected during the due diligence phase, the time required for each phase, etc.)

Reporting And Escalation

  • Generating weekly/monthly reports for you on the level of compliance with standards, identified violations and systemic issues
  • Immediate escalation of critical violations for avoiding of financial or reputational risks

Development Of Standards

  • Participating in meetings to analyze the effectiveness of current standards
  • Making suggestions for changing and improving processes with implementation of excellence programs in Commercial & Procurement areas
  • Making proposals for changing and improving processes based on problems and bottlenecks identified in practice
  • Developing and updating checklists, instructions and conversation scripts and effective control methods (automation of standard control)

Interaction With The Team

  • Coach and support team as buddy
  • Advising managers on controversial and complex cases within the framework of regulations
  • Holding regular meetings with Indian managers to analyze errors and discuss metrics

Requirements

  • Experience in audit, quality control, compliance or internal controls at least 8 years
  • Professional background in the banking sector, large retail/ FMCG, manufacturing, procurement (purchasing) or supply chain (logistics) last 5 years
  • Deep understanding of purchasing cycles and supplier sourcing processes: knowledge of key stages such as identifying potential suppliers, initial selection, due diligence (checking legal entity, financials, production capacity, certifications), negotiations, contract signing
  • Advanced skills in data handling and reporting: proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/SUMIF functions, etc.) and experience working with BI systems (Power BI, Tableau would be a big plus)
  • Experience in developing and documenting business processes: ability to read and create process flowcharts (BPMN), regulatory documents, checklists, and instructions.
  • Fluency in English language
