Business Excellence Lead

We are looking for a Business Excellence Lead to drive data-driven decision-making, performance improvement, and operational excellence for our SIM team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reporting & Analytics

• Build, automate, and maintain reports/dashboards on KPIs.
• Use data to identify patterns, anomalies, and insights that guide decision-making.
• Prepare clear, visual presentations (PPT) for leadership and client meetings.
  

2. Critical & Logical Problem-Solving

• Apply structured thinking to analyze operational challenges and propose actionable solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.
• Anticipate risks by evaluating trends and proactively flagging concerns.
  

3. Performance & Process Improvement

• Track KPIs across the SIM team and highlight performance gaps with data-driven reasoning.
• Partner with managers to design improvement plans backed by logical analysis.
• Drive consistency in reporting and process documentation.
  

4. Client Engagement & Communication

• Represent SIM operations in client calls with clear, confident communication.
• Present performance updates, insights, and improvement actions in a structured way.
• Ensure transparency and credibility through data-backed storytelling.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis).
• Expertise in

  PowerPoint

  for impactful business and client presentations.
• Strong

  critical thinking and logical reasoning

  with the ability to simplify complex problems.
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

  ; confident in client interactions.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation.
• 2-4 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or operations excellence (fashion/e-commerce experience preferred).
