About The Role Sberbank India is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in our office in Delhi. BDM will lead our expansion in the agro commodities sector. This role focuses on sourcing, trading, and building global partnerships for grains, pulses, oilseeds, and other essential agricultural products. Responsibilities Formulate and implement sourcing strategies for bulk and value-added agro commodities Build strong supplier and buyer networks across domestic and international markets Evaluate market dynamics, commodity pricing trends, and trade regulations Negotiate supply contracts and manage payment and delivery terms Ensure compliance with import-export regulations and trade documentation Manage logistics, freight, and warehousing operations Coordinate with QA teams to ensure quality and food safety standards Requirements Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, International Trade, or related field 10+ years of experience in commodity trading, procurement, or agribusiness development Strong knowledge of agro-commodities such as grains, pulses, oilseeds, and spices Familiarity with customs clearance, international trade policies, and supply chain risk management Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills We Offer Сompetitive salary and opportunities for professional development A quarterly bonus, which is paid every quarter for the work done Collaborative working environment in a state-of-the-art Delhi office Professional and theme communities, support for employee initiatives Financial support for the relocation Courses in Corporate University Opportunity to come to HQ and complete an internship at Sber Show more Show less
