Role Overview: You are a dynamic and results-driven Sales Closer joining the home automation team. Ideal for individuals passionate about technology with proven high-ticket sales experience and effective deal-closing abilities. Along with converting leads, you will also identify and execute cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value and revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Conversion & Closing: - Engage with inbound and outbound leads, nurturing them through the sales pipeline. - Conduct virtual or in-person consultations, showcasing the benefits of home automation solutions. - Overcome objections and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. - Cross-Selling & Upselling: - Identify opportunities to introduce additional products, services, and accessories complementing the initial purchase. - Educate customers on integrated solutions" benefits including security enhancements, energy management, and smart integrations. - Recommend bundled offerings during customer interactions to enhance system performance and satisfaction. - Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: - Tailor personalized smart home solutions by understanding customer needs and pain points. - Develop strong, long-term relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and developers. - Provide post-sale support ensuring ongoing satisfaction and generating referrals. - Product Knowledge & Demonstration: - Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in home automation. - Conduct detailed product demonstrations explaining system integration of security, lighting, HVAC, and smart devices. - Communicate technical information accessibly to all customers. - Sales Strategy & Reporting: - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective closing and cross-selling strategies. - Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. - Maintain accurate records using CRM software and digital sales tools. Qualifications: - 2 to 4 years of proven sales closing experience, preferably in home automation, smart tech, high-ticket sales, or related fields. - Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and drive additional revenue. Skills & Qualifications: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to explain technical concepts clearly. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Tech-Savvy Mindset: - Familiarity with smart home devices like home security systems, lighting control, voice assistants (Alexa, Google Home), and IoT solutions. - Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools.
