Job Title: Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist (APL/Growth Focus) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Mandatory) Experience: 1 – 2 Years Reporting To: CEO / Head of Business Development Role Summary: This role is responsible for the foundational work of B2B outreach. You will identify key prospects, manage targeted email campaigns, and set qualified meetings for the sales team. Success in this role requires a blend of sharp communication skills, high efficiency in using sales tools, and a process-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Identification & Targeting (Apollo Mastery) Manage, segment, and enrich prospect data using the Apollo.io platform. Develop ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and build highly targeted lead lists based on industry, company size, and technology used. Monitor Apollo sequences and A/B test campaign performance metrics (open rates, reply rates). 2. Outreach & Communication Write highly professional and personalized email campaigns that clearly articulate our value proposition to C-level executives and decision-makers. Handle initial prospect responses, conduct light qualification calls, and schedule qualified meetings/demos for the sales team. Maintain impeccable organization within the CRM to ensure a clear sales pipeline handoff. 3. AI and Efficiency Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, internal AI features) to rapidly generate campaign ideas, polish email content, and analyze communication effectiveness. Continuously optimize outreach sequences and timing for maximum delivery and engagement rates. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a Marketing, Sales Development, or Lead Generation role. Mandatory Tool Proficiency: Must have hands-on, daily experience using Apollo.io for prospecting, sequencing, and email outreach. Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to write compelling, professional, and clear client emails. Location: Must be physically located and authorized to work in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Soft Skills: Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid environment. Compensation and Growth: Compensation: We value talent and will determine the final compensation based on the candidate’s current salary expectations and proven skills, aligning with the market rate for a 1-2 year experience profile. Growth: This is a pipeline-setting role with a direct path for advancement into a full Sales or Account Management role as the company scales.
