Technical Engineer

As a Technical Consultant at Whitelion, you will be an essential member of our team, focusing on understanding and addressing clients" home automation requirements through our range of products. Your role will involve consulting with clients, preparing accurate quotations, ensuring seamless product installation, and providing ongoing support. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our clients" home automation experience while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Consulting on Home Automation Solutions: Engage with clients to evaluate their needs and recommend suitable Whitelion home automation products and solutions. - Generating Quotations and Verification: Create detailed and precise quotations based on client requirements and product specifications, ensuring accuracy in pricing and product details. - Client Needs Assessment and Verification: Understand each client's unique needs and offer customized solutions to optimize their home automation experience. - Site Layout Verification or Assessment: Conduct on-site or remote assessments to verify that the client's layout aligns with the proposed quotation and recommended solutions. - Solution Implementation: Provide technical guidance and support for the installation and configuration of Whitelion products, ensuring successful implementation. - Installation Recommendations: Advise clients on best practices and requirements for product installation, including infrastructure and setup adjustments for optimal performance. - Servicing Support in Absence of Service Staff: When necessary, handle servicing responsibilities to maintain uninterrupted client support in the absence of service personnel. - Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to address queries, provide updates on product status and delivery, and ensure overall satisfaction. - Collaboration with Sales & Engineering Teams: Work closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless product delivery, installation, and post-installation support, ensuring a cohesive and efficient process. This is a full-time position based on fieldwork with the flexibility to work from various locations as required.
