Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Technical Engineer role located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for executing and overseeing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities for home automation, security systems, home theatre setups, and acoustic systems. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the design and operations teams, ensuring systems meet client specifications, and providing technical support to customers. The role requires hands-on expertise and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in installation and maintenance of automation systems, CCTV & security setups, and home theatre and acoustics design
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
• Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and hands-on technical abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Relevant certifications or technical qualifications in automation or engineering (preferred)
• Prior experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proficiency in English and Tamil
