Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development Strategy:

  Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, understanding their recruitment needs and proposing tailored solutions.

• NewBusiness Acquisition:

  Prospect and secure new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling efforts, leveraging existing industry relationships and Jones RecruitZo reputation.

• Solution Selling:

  Present Jones RecruitZo range of recruitment services effectively, demonstrating value propositions and benefits to potential clients.

• Market Intelligence:

  Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Proposal Development:

  Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company objectives and client requirements.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with internal teams including operations, delivery, and recruitment specialists to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience:

  Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in business development within the recruitment industry.
