Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients for different loan products. Explain loan schemes, eligibility, benefits, and documentation requirements. Generate leads, schedule meetings, and pass qualified leads to field/sales teams. Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and update CRM/records. Work closely with sales team to achieve monthly targets. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. 1–2 years of experience in telesales/telecalling (finance domain preferred). Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills. Target-driven with ability to handle rejections positively. Role Overview The (BDM) will be responsible for sourcing clients, assessing their loan requirements, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and banking partners. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of loan products, and a proven background in client acquisition. Key Responsibilities:- 1. Client Communication & Negotiation- Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills while interacting with clients. 2. Product & Compliance Knowledge- Possess sound understanding of loan products, industry regulations, and compliance standards. 3. Client Sourcing & Qualification- Identify, source, and qualify potential customers seeking personal or corporate loan solutions. 4. Client Meetings & Application Processing- Meet clients to explain loan products, collect required documents, and guide them through the application process. 5. Internal Coordination- Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners to ensure timely loan approvals and smooth processing. 6. Networking & Representation- Represent V Pinnacle at industry events to build meaningful connections and promote company loan offerings.
