Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling customer queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role involves direct interaction with customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, addressing their concerns, and providing quick and effective solutions. The candidate must have strong communication skills, an ability to multitask, and experience in B2B customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Interact with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to address inquiries and resolve issues.

· Understand customer problems and provide quick and effective resolutions.

· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professional client support.

· Conduct research activities to analyze customer concerns and ensure complaint resolution.

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure monthly deliverables are met.

· Track and monitor performance targets, reports, and invoices.

· Maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and growth.

· Identify customer complaints, analyze their root causes, and take corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Graduate degree in any relevant field.

· 2+ years of experience in client handling & retention.

· Experience working with Indian and International clients.

· Strong B2B customer support background.

· Proven experience in managing digital marketing clients.

· Knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

· Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

· A customer-centric approach with the ability to adapt and respond to different issues
