Job Description

As a Business Development Associate - TRAINING OPERATIONS at PRAGYATMIKA, you will play a vital role in identifying new training & development opportunities, building relationships with colleges and industries, and driving user acquisition and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking. - Pitching Training & Development products and services to potential clients including Engineering Colleges, Universities, Students, and Engineering Companies. - Scheduling and conducting demos and presentations to showcase the offerings. - Understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions. - Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. - Maintaining a strong pipeline and updating CRM tools with client data and sales progress. - Collaborating with the marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Providing feedback based on client interactions and market trends. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (experience in Training & Development business development is preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of the EdTech landscape and customer personas. - Experience in B2C/B2B sales or inside sales. - Proficiency in regional languages like Telugu, Kannada.
