Business Development Speacialist

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
• Act as a key point of contact for client queries, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution.
• Research and identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and professional networking to generate leads and drive growth.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
• Support in negotiation and deal closure processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
• Visit exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows across the nation to explore new partnerships and business opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to strengthen business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing

  , or a related field.

• 3–4 years of experience

  in business development, client servicing, or sales within the

  pharma or healthcare industry

  .
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet business targets.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office
