About the Role We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Speacialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while also identifying new business opportunities to drive growth. Key Responsibilities Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Act as a key point of contact for client queries, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution. Research and identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients within the pharmaceutical sector. Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and professional networking to generate leads and drive growth. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches. Support in negotiation and deal closure processes to achieve revenue targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools. Visit exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows across the nation to explore new partnerships and business opportunities. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to strengthen business strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing , or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales within the pharma or healthcare industry . Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet business targets. Proficiency in MS Office ; experience with CRM tools is a plus. Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.
