Business Development Specialist

We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive who will be the driving force behind our agency's growth. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Noida, UP. This role goes beyond traditional sales – you'll be a strategic partner who understands our clients' challenges and positions Haven Media as the solution to their brand and marketing needs.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting
• Execute effective cold calling and email campaigns to generate qualified leads
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Leverage LinkedIn and other professional platforms to connect with potential clients

Strategic Sales & Consultation

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points and business objectives
• Present tailored solutions that align our services with client goals
• Deliver compelling pitches that demonstrate clear value propositions
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins

Market Intelligence & Business Development

• Research and identify target markets and potential clients
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handoffs
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasting

Essential Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and creative services landscape
• Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools
• Exceptional communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated professional with excellent relationship-building capabilities
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail and resilience in face of challenges

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales automation platforms
• Solid understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and web design concepts
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing
• Collaborative team player with entrepreneurial drive

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Previous experience selling creative services (brand design, content creation, website development)
• Existing network of contacts in target industries
• Understanding of photography, videography, and content creation processes
• Experience in marketing services, advertising, or creative agency environments
