Your primary responsibility will be to create viral-worthy content for social media platforms, with a focus on generating high engagement and conversions. Your daily tasks will include creating scroll-stopping content that immediately grabs the viewer's attention, editing videos to tell compelling stories that encourage audience engagement, and mastering short-form content across various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You will utilize tools like Canva and AI technology to enhance your creative output efficiently and stay ahead of trends and algorithm changes in the ever-evolving social media landscape. Collaboration with the brand strategy and design teams will be essential to ensure alignment in creative direction and messaging. Your ability to analyze performance metrics and refine your creative approach based on data insights will be crucial to continuously improve content quality and audience engagement. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of creating viral and high-engagement content, possess expert video editing skills, advanced knowledge of Canva, experience with AI tools for content creation, a deep understanding of social media algorithms, and a camera-friendly presence with excellent on-screen charisma and voice modulation. A portfolio showcasing content with significant reach and engagement will be required to demonstrate your creative capabilities. In addition to technical skills, the right mindset is essential for success in this role.
