Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: **Role Overview:** - You must be an excellent communicator with a rich vocabulary to effectively engage with the audience on social media platforms. - Stay updated on the algorithms of popular social media channels like Instagram and YouTube to optimize your content strategy. - Utilize current social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies to enhance the visibility of the content. - You should be comfortable and confident in front of the camera for creating different types of content such as YouTube videos, YouTube shorts, and Instagram reels/ads. - Demonstrate the ability to turn concepts and ideas into engaging and quirky content primarily for Instagram. - Hands-on experience in basic video editing using various tools and proficient in using Canva for creating visually appealing posts. - Monitor SEO performance and user engagement metrics to suggest optimization strategies for better reach. - Collaborate with the management to develop and implement social media strategies across different channels. - Experience in managing social media campaigns and coordinating with design, editing, and marketing departments. - Extract data and reports from social media platforms to develop growth strategies and communicate with industry professionals and influencers for networking opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Should be a Micro/Mini Influencer with a minimum of 2,000 followers on Instagram. - Minimum 3 years of experience in managing social media channels, primarily on Instagram. - Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Language, or Journalism field with knowledge of Instagram and YouTube algorithms. - Proficient in basic video editing and experienced in using Canva for post creation. - Confident and pleasing personality willing to face the camera for content creation. - Good understanding of compelling content, SEO, and copywriting. - Skilled in research, report extraction, and formulating effective social media strategies. - Excellent multitasking abilities and work well under tight deadlines. - Possess critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and improve with the marketing team.
