Key Responsibilities RFP Management: Reviewing and understanding RFPs: The DDU-GKY Manager needs to thoroughly understand the requirements and objectives of the RFP, ensuring compliance with guidelines. Preparing and submitting proposals: This involves compiling all necessary documentation, ensuring it's accurate and complete, and submitting the proposal within the specified timeframe. Managing the bid process: This includes evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the selected partner fulfills the requirements of the RFP. Documentation Maintaining accurate records: This includes project documentation, financial records, and other relevant information related to the DDU-GKY program. Preparing reports and presentations: The manager needs to create reports and presentations that effectively communicate the program's progress, outcomes, and impact. Ensuring compliance: The DDU-GKY Manager must ensure that all documentation and reporting comply with the relevant guidelines and regulations and e-SOPs.
