Designation – Senior Manager

CTC – 20 - 25 Lacs p.a.

Experience:

4 – 8 years of experience in Capital Markets
Hands on experience in real estate capital markets transactions is preferred
Qualification: CA / MBA Finance / CFA

Competencies and requirements:

Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, proven negotiation & financial skills with the ability to adapt to change
Self-starter, Confident, Collaborative with ability to multitask and work in a team
Attention to detail, strong bias for action and execution oriented
Strong communication skill (verbal and written) with demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of Management clearly and effectively
Ability to work in team environment across business groups
Experience in credit underwriting/valuations or spreading of financial statements and cash flows. In depth financial modelling skill is a must have.
Real estate deal structuring from all aspect’s skill is must.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)

Roles & Responsibility

Meeting with various societies for Redevelopment Services and getting the mandate for Cushman and Wakefield.
Liaison with Society Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and other key members and make them understand the value addition and services of Cushman and Wakefield can provide.
Arrange a meeting with Society with Cushman and Wakefield Senior team members and closely work on the proposal to take it to a mandate stage
Making Presentation pitch to all Societies with various services we can offer
Co-ordinate with various PMCs and tie-up with them on various societies either for new mandates or for existing mandates with PMCs.
Working to get mandate for various Redevelopment projects, where land is owned by Govt Authorities like BMC Estate, MHADA, MMRDA, MIDC etc. and work with right set of people to take proposal forward with securing mandate for Cushman and Wakefield
Proactively engage in business development activities with large scale Real Estate Developers users of Real Estate Capital
These activities need to be undertaken through networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units
Operate as a primary point of contact for both potential & existing clients, thus, foster strong, focussed, and enduring client relationships
Meeting the key decision makers at the developers’ users of Real Estate Capital Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside Line Managers in the group
Analyse a real estate project from debt financing perspective with understanding of RE accounting and project cash flows
Build detailed financial models / valuation analysis, Analyse market data / trends, Sector mapping / landscaping, Prepare client pitch documents / teasers
Conduct industry analysis, risk assessment & mitigation, financial analysis, sensitivity analysis, preparation of transaction documents and conducting site-visits.
Additional focus on developing and building capability in indirect real estate products (funds, securitisation, REITS etc)
Participate in negotiation, due diligence and documentation meetings Developers and Financial Institutions
Coordinate closing activities internally and externally
Partner closely within the team and across business segments
