Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to join our growing team in an office-based role. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for our digital services through proactive outreach strategies, reporting directly to the Business Development Manager.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate high-quality leads through systematic research and outreach
  • Identify potential clients across various industries who could benefit from our digital services
  • Build and maintain comprehensive prospect databases
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and business requirements

Cold Outreach Activities

  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to engage potential clients
  • Execute strategic cold email campaigns with personalized messaging
  • Follow up consistently with prospects through multiple touchpoints
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the Business Development Manager

Market Research & Analysis

  • Research target industries and identify key decision-makers
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends
  • Maintain updated knowledge of our service offerings:
  • Social Media Management
  • Branding & Brand Strategy
  • Performance Marketing (PPC, Paid Social)
  • Ecommerce Website Development
  • Real Estate Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Prepare lead reports and performance metrics
  • Support the Business Development Manager with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and follow-up activities

Learning & Development

  • Participate in training sessions on digital marketing services
  • Learn sales techniques and lead qualification processes
  • Develop understanding of client needs and pain points
  • Grow knowledge of the digital marketing industry

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Fresh graduates or students in final year are encouraged to apply
  • Previous internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and phone-based conversations
  • Strong research and analytical abilities
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and email platforms
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
