Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies across multiple sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs and challenges.
• Pitch recruitment and staffing solutions to HR heads, hiring managers, and business leaders.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging hiring needs in the region.
• Represent the firm at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in business development or client acquisition within the

  recruitment or HR services industry

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing models, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
