Job Description

You will be joining Firmads, a dynamic digital growth firm specializing in comprehensive digital marketing solutions. Your role as a Business Development Intern will involve generating high-quality leads for digital services through proactive outreach strategies, reporting directly to the Business Development Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Generate high-quality leads through systematic research and outreach - Identify potential clients across various industries who could benefit from our digital services - Build and maintain comprehensive prospect databases - Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and business requirements - Conduct cold calling campaigns to engage potential clients - Execute strategic cold email campaigns with personalized messaging - Follow up consistently with prospects through multiple touchpoints - Schedule appointments and demos for the Business Development Manager - Research target industries and identify key decision-makers - Analyze competitor activities and market trends - Maintain updated knowledge of our service offerings: - Social Media Management - Branding & Brand Strategy - Performance Marketing (PPC, Paid Social) - Ecommerce Website Development - Real Estate Marketing & Lead Generation - Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Maintain accurate records in CRM systems - Prepare lead reports and performance metrics - Support the Business Development Manager with administrative tasks - Coordinate meeting schedules and follow-up activities Learning & Development: - Participate in training sessions on digital marketing services - Learn sales techniques and lead qualification processes - Develop understanding of client needs and pain points - Grow knowledge of the digital marketing industry Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Fresh graduates or students in the final year are encouraged to apply - Previous internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus Skills & Competencies: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Comfortable with cold calling and phone-based conversations - Strong research and analytical abilities - Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts - Proficiency in MS Office suite and email platforms - Self-motivated with strong organizational skills - Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence Personal Attributes: - Enthusiastic and eager to learn - Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset - Professional demeanor and positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and accuracy What We Offer: - Monthly stipend of 10,000 - 15,000 based on qualifications and performance - Performance-based incentives for exceeding lead generation targets - Hands-on experience in the digital marketing industry - Professional development and mentoring opportunities Learning Experience: - Direct exposure to business development processes - Training on digital marketing services and industry best practices - Opportunity to work with experienced professionals - Potential for full-time employment based on performance Work Environment: - Full-time office-based internship - Supportive and collaborative team culture - Access to modern tools and technologies - Regular feedback and performance reviews,
