Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Delhi, India. The Account Executive will be responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, acquiring new customers, managing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, providing product and service information, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions in a timely manner. The role requires regular reporting on sales activities and participation in team meetings to drive business growth. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and account management Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with the transport and logistics industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
