As a Community and Growth Specialist at Banzan Studios, you will represent the brand and play a crucial role in developing, engaging, and expanding a vibrant community of users and creators. This position involves a combination of community engagement, growth hacking, and data-driven strategies to drive user acquisition and retention. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategies to onboard and nurture a community of gamers, comic enthusiasts, and animation lovers. - Building meaningful relationships with users, creators, and developers through various platforms such as forums, social media, and events. - Managing and moderating online communities on platforms like Discord, Reddit, and other relevant channels. - Organizing community-focused events like AMA sessions, webinars, and contests. - Designing and executing creative growth strategies to acquire users, creators, and game developers. - Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize campaigns targeting user engagement and retention. - Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on community growth metrics to align with business objectives. - Identifying and leveraging partnerships with campuses, gaming, and comic communities to expand the user and creator base. - Working with the content team to produce engaging material like newsletters, social media posts, and guides. - Curating user-generated content to feature on the platform and social channels. - Creating engagement plans like streak challenges, reward programs, and referral initiatives. - Serving as the primary point of contact for community feedback, questions, and concerns, ensuring timely resolution. - Collaborating with the product team to communicate user feedback and prioritize feature improvements. - Maintaining a database of creators, developers, and active users. Requirements: Must-Haves - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or a related field. - Strong understanding of community management tools and platforms like Discord, Reddit, or similar. - Passion for gaming, comics, and/or animations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to drive partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue opportunities for QUIX and Banzan’s other businesses . You’ll be the face of our company to potential clients, identifying prospects, pitching our offerings, managing relationships, and helping shape how brands interact through gaming and interactive experiences. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients, agencies, and brand partners. Create and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches for QUIX and custom projects. Develop a clear understanding of client requirements and collaborate with the internal team (Product, Creative, and Tech) to translate them into solutions. Track and manage leads, proposals, and deal closures. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive renewals and upsell opportunities. Assist in organizing product demos, brand meetings, and showcase events. Keep an eye on market trends in gaming, marketing, and digital engagement. Who You Are? 2-3 years of minimum experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships (experience in marketing, media, tech, events or gaming is a plus). Extrovert and smooth conversationalist.
