Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in New Delhi. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing market trends, creating strategies to expand the client base, providing excellent customer service, and developing proposals and presentations to attract new clients.

• Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Proficiency in Customer Service to manage and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the transport and logistics industry is a plus
