Driver Supply Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit drivers on a daily basis
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and training
• Maintain driver attendance, performance, and payout tracking
• Coordinate with operations team for pickup & drop requirements
• Ensure sufficient driver availability as per business demand
• Build strong relationships with drivers and address their concerns
• Optimize driver allocation and reduce shortages

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in driver recruitment or fleet operations
• Strong network of drivers in Delhi NCR (preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage field operations
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
