Job Description: As a Assistant Sales Manager at ELIVAAS, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach by building and managing a robust network of travel agents. Your mission is to generate revenue by fostering strong partnerships and ensuring our villas are the preferred choice for high-end travelers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic plan to establish and grow a network of travel agents and luxury travel consultants. Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with travel agents, ensuring alignment with ELIVAAS' brand values and goals. Drive revenue growth by promoting ELIVAAS properties and exclusive experiences to travel agents and their clientele. Provide training, marketing materials, and ongoing support to travel agents to optimize bookings. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional offers. Achieve and exceed sales targets, preparing regular reports and forecasts for senior management. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the luxury travel or hospitality sector. Strong network within the travel agency and luxury travel consultant community is a significant advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships. Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at working independently. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is a plus. It's a Field Sales Job with minimum 6 Meetings daily.
