Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate located in Delhi NCR. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our properties, including performing cleaning duties, managing laundry services, ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent customer service, and assisting with the implementation of organizational standards. Additionally, the Associate may support training new staff to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests
• Excellent Organization Skills to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Prior housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
• Flexibility to work in shifts and during weekends/holidays as required
