Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate based in Gurugram. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas. Day-to-day tasks include laundry management, communicating with guests and team members, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring organizational standards are met. Additionally, the Housekeeping Associate will participate in training sessions to uphold service quality and standards.

• Proficiency in Laundry management and Organization skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training and developing team members
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
