Role Description

The Housekeeping Associate is a full-time on-site role located in Nashik at Viveda Wellness Village. The responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, common areas, and wellness spaces, managing laundry services, and replenishing room supplies. The Associate will collaborate with the team to maintain high hygiene standards and deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Providing a welcoming and tranquil experience to the guests remains the core focus of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping-related tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining organization.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage tasks efficiently, and demonstrate strong organization skills.
• Experience in training and willingness to learn new techniques and processes as required.
• Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
