What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and enhance team performance using key daily metrics like talk time, attempts, connects, and conversion rates across inbound and outbound
  • Manage rostering & scheduling to ensure adequate inbound call handling and outbound follow-ups
  • Oversee digital channels, third-party sourcing partners (SPs), and referral programs to drive rider acquisition
  • Run structured outbound call campaigns to drive funnel movement and rider sourcing
  • Track turnaround time for bot-generated and manual tickets & ensure timely resolution
  • Optimize cost by maximizing team productivity and leveraging IVR workflows for efficiency
  • Provide insights to operations based on bot performance, outbound outcomes & funnel behavior
  • Develop dashboards to track real-time KPIs, funnel health, and sourcing channel performance for leadership visibility
  • Lead, coach & motivate a team of 4–50+ members, driving capability building & conversion improvement
  • Track market trends and competitor strategies to strengthen our rider acquisition engine and supply planning

Who You Are

  • 5 +  years of experience in supply
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound and outbound calling teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in KPIs, funnels, and metric-driven decisions
  • Experience driving productivity, cost efficiency, and process improvement
  • Excellent stakeholder handling, communication & team leadership skills
  • High ownership, execution bias, and hunger to scale fast-moving teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience in logistics or supply
  • Prior experience managing third-party sourcing partners & referral networks
  • Comfort building dashboards & reporting structures for leadership reviews
