Supply Manager

As a Supply Manager, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, onboarding, and training contractor interior vendors based on the supply plan, ensuring strict adherence and contributing to Product Margins through Vendor Negotiations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take primary ownership of contract vendor's rating, bandwidth, rewards, and churning, including day-to-day vendor escalation management. - Proactively engage with stakeholders from QS, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams to track and resolve various parameters and issues. - Conduct monthly town halls with vendors. - Actively participate in special projects and key initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate / Post Graduate from Tier 2/ Tier 3 institute. - 1 to 2 years of experience in vendor management or operations. - Problem-solving capabilities. - Good communication skills - Verbal & Written. - Moderate skill in excel, ppt, and word. - Good aptitude. - Extremely high level of ownership. - Proactive and capable of prioritizing work.,
