We’re building a passionate team to drive business growth in western India. 🎯 Role Overview As a Business Development Executive, you’ll own the regional sales pipeline, nurture relationships with OEMs, systems integrators, and end-users, and play a vital role in expanding our market presence in Embedded IoT solutions across Gujarat. ✅ Key Responsibilities Develop new IoT business opportunities across verticals (manufacturing, industrial automation, smart products) by identifying prospects and managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proposals to negotiation and closure. Liaise with engineering and product teams to craft technically sound and compelling solutions tailored to client needs Build and maintain a robust pipeline through market research, account mapping, and CRM management. Manage customer relationships and support pilots, product demos, and ROI-based proposals . Represent BrainlyTree at regional trade shows, workshops, and technical forums to build brand awareness and generate leads . Collaborate with marketing to create collateral, case studies, and awareness campaigns. 🎓 Qualifications Bachelor’s in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering. MBA or advanced qualification is advantageous. 3–8 years of experience in business/sales within Embedded Electronics, IoT, or Industrial Automation domains. Proven track record with consultative sales to OEMs, integrators, or enterprise clients Strong technical understanding of embedded systems, IoT protocols, sensors, wireless comms, and cloud integration. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), technical documentation, and ROI-based proposal development.
